Gary is involved in over 700 property transactions all over Australia, valued at more than $300 million. He started in real estate in 2001, selling his first property for a $250,000 profit.

Gary and his wife have purchased 17 properties, generating passive income and achieving financial freedom. He is now passionate about sharing the fundamentals of property investment with others.

With over 37 years of experience in Finance, Strategy and Wealth Creation and with qualifications in Financial Planning, Financial Services and an Agent’s Representative accreditation, Matt is well appointed to support clients through the investment process.

Matt’s favourite aspect of his role is improving clients’ financial positions by identifying unique opportunities in the market. Matt’s downtime includes surfing, golf, and tennis.

David has worked in property finance and real estate for over 15 years. As part of the Property Coaching team in QLD, David enjoys helping his clients to build property portfolios by establishing and achieving realistic financial goals.

David is a certified Agent’s Representative with extensive experience in the industry. David knows how to make clients feel confident about their investment journey throughout his expertise and knowledge of the national market. When David is not helping clients to achieve financial freedom, he likes to enjoy QLD’s sunny weather by being outdoors, playing tennis, hiking and travelling.

Frank holds an UK certified Financial Advisor and Mortgage Advisor and in Australia holds his Real Estate Agents Rep and Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Brokering.

Tehanni works as AllianceCorp’s Client Services Manager, a role that involves helping clients right from the education phase, until the time they have purchased their properties and get tenants through the doors. 

Tehanni has 3 years experience in the events management, marketing and social media space, and her 2 years at AllianceCorp have involved everything from marketing, to property settlements, and her current client services role.

As AllianceCorp’s Client Service Coordinator, Taylah supports our clients throughout the investment journey. Taylah has extensive experience in the Real Estate industry, previously working with Australasia’s largest real estate group, where she was awarded for “Excellence in Customer Experience” and nominated for “Administrator of the Year” and the “Community Service” award.

Taylah’s favourite part of her role is building relationships with her clients and creating memorable experiences for them.

Charlie has been working in the property industry for over 4 years and holds his Agents representative certificate. Prior to joining AllianceCorp, Charlie worked as a real estate agent, which deepened his understanding of the Australian property market.

At AllianceCorp, Charlie gives clients the tools they need to successfully invest, providing particular support to those who feel it is “too late” for them to get started.

Aaron has extensive experience in providing clients with exceptional customer service. Prior to AllianceCorp, Aaron was a Senior Product Specialist and team leader for over 10 years. He takes pride in helping clients find the solutions to their specific needs.

As AllianceCorp’s Finance and Accounts Manager, Billy maintains a fast paced accounts department to ensure smooth operations.  Billy’s interests include philosophy, astronomy, theoretical science and history.

Client Services Coordinator

Jeremy is an off-the-plan sales and marketing specialist, with extensive experience in all forms of land, house and land, townhouse and apartment sales, spanning over thirteen years. He holds an Agents Representative Certificate as well as a Certificate 4 in Customer Contact.

Through the years, Jeremy has built a strong reputation amongst his buyers and networks as someone who consistently provides superior customer service and an unforgettable customer experience.

Having graduated from the UK with 1st class honours in Business Management & Economics, Elliott now has over two and a half years experience within financial services.

At AllianceCorp, Elliott’s role is twofold, he firstly works to ensure clients are happy and actively engaged with AllianceCorps services. Secondly, he consults with clients to hone their money management skills and increase savings.

Dane has over 15 years experience in Sales, Contact Centres and Management with the likes of TAL, AON, and iSelect. In his role, Dane provides his team with ongoing training and development, to ensure they can deliver clients the best possible experience and outcomes .

The most enjoyable part of Dane’s role is creating a growth environment, where coaches can learn, develop, and help others to achieve their financial goals through property investment.

Terry Ryder is the creator and owner of Hotspotting, which helps identify emerging property markets. He has been a specialist on residential property for over 35 years, so he knows a thing or two about property.

Terry Ryder has specialised as a researcher and writer on Australian real estate since 1982. He was Property Editor at The Courier-Mail in Brisbane and later Queensland property correspondent for The Australian Financial Review. He is the author of four real estate books. More recently he was a regular real estate columnist for The Australian and currently writes a regular column on the Property Observer website.

LACHIE

Marketing and Education Coordinator

Lachie graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Economics and Marketing Science, alongside completing a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management. His content creation and event management experience enables him to help deliver AllianceCorp’s workshops, webinars and educational resources.
